Lock With Yellow Triangle On Search Bar?

i use Google Chrome and have a Yahoo email account, when i am on my email account (where you see all your emails) in the ‘address’ bar at the beginning i have a picture of a padlock but there is a yellow triangle on top of it, is this normal, my Yahoo account has recently been hacked, i have changed my password done a virus scan on my pc turned on SSL protection on my email account, I have noticed if i go to ‘setting’ in my account this ‘symbol’ turns to a green padlock……now this might have always been like this and i haven’t noticed so i might be a bit paranoid after the hack…thanks
